The Donner Lake Woods Homeowners Association was incorporated in October of 1992 as a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation. Our Association consists of 44 residential homes and a 29-acre wildlife habitat. Summit Creek, that feeds Donner Lake, borders our homes on the north, while Mt. Lincoln borders us to the south. We are minutes from historic downtown Truckee, the Northshore of Lake Tahoe, and a short drive to Reno, NV.

In addition to being surrounded by State and National Parks with an abundance of outdoor activities, our homeowners are eligible to join the private beach located at the west end of Donner Lake which is managed by the Donner Lake Property Owners Association (DLPOA).
