The Donner Lake Woods subdivision is part of an area of great natural beauty: mountains, meadows, lakes, and creeks. The question natually arisies as how to maintain a harmonious and quality development that reflects the natural beauty that drew homeowners here. The Architectural Controls Committee (ACC) is approinted by the Board of Directors to make sure that the size and style of the project, the type of building materials used and the overall look of the new structure or remodel adheres to the rules and design requirements as outlined in the CCRs as well as the Architectural Control Policy. Not only does this keep the community looking cohesive, it also helps to keep property values up. The board and the ACC appreciate all the hard work our homeowners do to make their homes and the community beautiful. Keeping the ACC in the loop of all new building and remodeling projects keeps Donner Lake Woods looking great!
